Pixie takes data security seriously and is committed to never selling your personal data. Pixie works hard to protect information you provide from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure by following industry standards and best practices. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, security monitoring and logging, enterprise-class endpoint detection and response solutions, continuous integration and deployment, application security testing and scans, incident response, security awareness training, and secure development lifecycle, to name a few.

You can access Premium features by paying monthly or annually. The annual plan saves you 16% by paying for the year upfront.

You can cancel at any point. Manage your subscription through your Account Settings or email us at support@trypixie.co, and we’ll walk you through next steps.

Yes! You can use Pixie for as long as you’d like with the Free plan. You will always have access to your content, even after reaching usage limits. A subscription is required to unlock premium features and increase the storage capacity of your account to continue adding items.

We’re in this for the long haul. We want to continue building and improving on Pixie for years to come, and subscription pricing makes that possible.

Unlike other platforms, Pixie intentionally does not make revenue from advertisements or selling user data. We care deeply about creating a clean, easy-to-use experience that helps you improve your family life and know your data is safe.

We do not currently offer a free trial for Premium. You may, however, use the Free plan and experience the value of Pixie before purchasing a subscription.

Don’t stress! You always have access to your account and content, even after reaching the Free plan limits. Your data is yours to keep. However, you won’t be able to add more items until upgrading to a subscription plan.

To simplify pricing tiers, the original Personal plan has been discontinued. The original Household plan is now the new Premium plan. Those who purchased Personal will maintain Premium access at their original price point. Moving forward, however, new features will only be available in the new Premium plan.
